Description
This is a well-used, sturdy Noragi (work coat) made from indigo-dyed Kasuri fabric from the late Meiji to late Taisho periods, crafted from Noto linen. It has a wonderful texture from extensive use.
It includes shoulder and back patches.
There are stains on the collar and other areas, as well as some scuffs and wrinkles. It can be used as is for wearing or for crafting projects.
We ask that those who are sensitive to the unique smell of old fabrics or the scent of moth repellents refrain from purchasing. We welcome purchases from those who understand and appreciate old fabrics and Boro (patched textiles).
