Shozaburo Made Black Three-Layered Steel Nakiri and Santoku Set
I purchased these because I wanted to see the difference between Chigusa steel and Dewa steel .
Chigusa and Dewa are representative brands and origins of Japanese steel (Tamahagane) that were once used in the production of Japanese . During the Edo period, along with Tamahagane, they were highly prized by swordsmiths nationwide as the highest quality raw material for Japanese .
There is a high possibility that these will never be used, so I am listing them for sale.
Thank you for your consideration.
