Live shipping + shipping included. Fishing bait. Mussels. Small size. 1.5kg.

Thank you for viewing.

These are Purple Mussels. They are in the same family as the common mussel and similar in appearance, with slight color variations as shown in the images. Their catch rate is said to be the same as common mussels. As they are easier to catch during this season, we are listing them under the name Purple Mussels.

*Please note that we do not ship to Okinawa Prefecture, Kyushu region, or other specific islands. We kindly ask that you refrain from placing orders for these areas.

① The mussels are 1.5kg, with sizes ranging from 0.5cm to less than 3cm, unsorted by size. As we do not meticulously sort them, there may be some mussels larger or smaller than the 0.5cm to 3cm range. While we do our best to remove them, some slight dirt, cracked shells (including those already open and deceased), barnacles, and seaweed may be present.

② As shown in the photos, some mussels are clumped together with byssal threads, and some are individual. They are sold unsorted.

③ If you wish to specify a delivery date, please do so within one week from your order date. Please understand that we may need to change the delivery date if there are continuous high waves or strong winds.

④ These are for fishing bait and not for human consumption, so they will be shipped in a regular parcel with water-repellent cardboard. If the temperature rises, ice packs will be included. We have shipped over 800 orders of mussels without any reports of damage, so please rest assured.

Sales and shipping will be under the conditions described in ①-④. If you are concerned about other details such as packaging or box type, please refrain from ordering.
