Description
This cute little guy is 4 inches long. I do not know what his purpose is. I know, back in the day, bars of soap were smaller, so he may be a soap dish, but would make a cute little trinket box! He does have some spots of missing paint. Most noticeably on the head and his toe that is sticking up out of the bubbles.
