Beautiful handcrafted coiled basket featuring an intricate openwork design with circular ring accents and decorative rust, burnt orange, and golden fiber wrapping.  This substantial basket appears to be constructed from bundled pine needles or a similar natural plant fiber, carefully coiled and stitched entirely by hand.  The workmanship is impressive, with a tightly woven spiral base, reinforced double rim, and individually formed decorative rings surrounding the sides.
