Brand: Show Stoppers Showpieces Artist: Florence Maranuk Character: Miracle (The Mermaid Fairy) Material: Fine Bisque Porcelain & Mixed Media Edition Low Limited Edition #22 out of only 5,000 worldwide! Inclusions: Includes original metal display stand and official Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Collector's Note This is an incredibly rare opportunity to own an early, double-digit low edition number (#22) of Florence Maranuk's highly sought-after Miracle doll. Known for her breathtaking World of Enchantment series, Maranuk's dolls feature stunningly expressive hand-painted porcelain features, iconic crimped strawberry blonde/golden hair, and intricate, multi-layered ethereal costuming. Condition Details (Please Read) This gorgeous doll has been safely stored, only taken out of box 2x for pictures, but features two minor, easily repairable flaws common with vintage textiles. She is being sold as-is for a collector or restorator to bring back to perfect display condition: Flaw 1: The decorative fabric trim on one iridescent wing needs to be reapplied/glued. Flaw 2: The delicate golden shoulder straps on her bodice have degraded over time and need to be replaced. Aside from these two fabric touch-ups, her porcelain body, face paint, hair, and main gown are in beautiful condition. Display stand has minor marks from being moved in box over the years. This was gift to me about 25years ago. And I could never find a suitable place to display her.
